By downloading or using Alien Disclosure (the "App"), you agree to these terms.
The App is a novelty entertainment product. Every analysis it produces is fictional. Species names, Latin binomials, classifications, case numbers, "analyst notes," and the "Department of Unexplained Phenomena" are invented for comedic purposes. Nothing in the App is a factual claim about any real subject, person, animal, place, or phenomenon, and nothing in it is affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government agency.
You agree to use the App lawfully. Don't use it to harass others or to present its fictional output as genuine official documentation. You are responsible for the photos you choose to analyze and share.
The App is free to use with an optional one-time Pro Unlock ($1.99) sold through Apple. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Payment is charged to your Apple account at the time of purchase, and the unlock restores on your other devices via your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
The free tier permits a limited number of certificates per day and applies a watermark to exported certificates. Paid tiers remove these limits.
The App, its design, and its generated certificate format are owned by djEnterprises. Certificates you generate are yours to share for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, djEnterprises is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
