Fluid Sonata: Music Visualizer — by djEnterprises
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
djEnterprises ("we," "us," or "our") makes the Fluid Sonata: Music Visualizer mobile application (the "App"). The App plays music — its built-in classical scores, internet radio Stations, or your own songs — and paints it with a live fluid simulation over a real model of the solar system. This Privacy Policy explains how it handles your information. The short version: everything the App does — the piano, the fluid, the planets, the analysis of what you're listening to — happens on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no server of ours involved in using it. Its only network connections are to Apple (purchases and the version check) and, when you choose to play a Station, to that station's own stream. We never sell your data — we never hold any to sell.
1. No Account, No Server of Ours
You can use the entire App without signing in to anything. There is no djEnterprises login, no password, and no profile. The App does not send us anything about you, your device, or what you play — we do not operate a server for it.
2. Your Music Stays on Your Device
When you play one of your own songs, the App reads the audio on your device to drive the visuals and the reading. The file is not copied anywhere, not uploaded, and not analyzed off-device. The same is true of the built-in scores: they are synthesized locally, in the App.
3. The Microphone (Listen Mode)
Listen Mode is optional and off until you turn it on. When you do, the App asks for microphone permission and then analyzes the sound around you on the device, in real time, purely to drive the visuals. The audio is not recorded, not saved, and not transmitted — there is nowhere for it to go, because the App has no server. Turn Listen Mode off (or revoke the permission in iOS Settings) and the microphone is not touched at all.
4. Stations (Internet Radio)
When you choose to play a Station, the App connects directly to that station's own public streaming server, the way any internet-radio app does. That provider sees the connection itself (your IP address, as with any website you visit); the App sends it nothing else, and we are not in the middle of that connection. If you never play a Station, this connection never happens.
5. Recordings You Make
"Record a clip" renders a video of the visuals on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. It goes only where you send it — Photos, Files, a message. We never receive a copy.
6. Purchases
The App offers a single one-time unlock, sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. To show the price and confirm what you own, the App talks to Apple's StoreKit — a connection to Apple, carrying nothing about you beyond what Apple's own privacy policy covers. Restoring a purchase works the same way, through Apple.
7. The Version Check
The App periodically asks Apple's App Store catalog whether a newer version exists, so it can offer you the update. The request identifies the App, not you.
8. No Analytics, No Advertising, No Tracking
The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no trackers. Nothing you do in it is measured, collected, or shared. It does not access your location, contacts, photos (beyond a recording you explicitly save), or anything else it doesn't need to play music and draw.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal information, it collects none from anyone — including children.
10. Your Rights & Deleting Your Data
Because your data never leaves your device, deleting it is entirely in your hands: deleting the App deletes everything it stored. There is no copy with us to request, correct, or erase — under GDPR, CCPA, or any similar law, the honest answer to "what do you hold about me?" is nothing.
11. Changes
If the App's behavior ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this policy will be updated first, with a new date at the top, before that version ships.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy or the App: support@djenterprises.ai — a person answers, usually within one business day. See also the App's support page.
