Common Questions

The AI chat isn't responding. What should I do?

First, check that you have an active internet connection — the AI requires a network connection to work. If you're connected and still not getting responses, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact support with a description of what happened.

Does the AI remember my previous conversations?

Yes! Aether AI uses a persistent memory system that stores a summary of your conversations on your device. This memory is passed to the AI at the start of each session so it can pick up where you left off. The memory is stored locally and never leaves your device.

How do I use voice input?

Tap the microphone icon in the chat input bar. Grant microphone permission when prompted (first use only). Speak your question clearly, then tap the microphone again to stop recording. The app will transcribe your speech and send it to Aether AI.

How do I save a wallpaper to my Photos?

In the Wallpaper gallery, tap any wallpaper to preview it full-screen. Then tap the download button (arrow icon) at the bottom of the screen. Grant Photos access when prompted on first use. The wallpaper will be saved directly to your camera roll.

The news feed isn't loading. What's wrong?

The news feed requires an internet connection and pulls from multiple gaming news sources. If no articles are loading, check your connection. If specific sources are missing, that outlet may have temporarily changed their feed — we update source lists regularly.

How do I reset my AI conversation history?

In the Chat screen, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner. There you'll find an option to clear the conversation history and reset Aether's memory. This cannot be undone, so use it only when you want a completely fresh start.

Can I use the app on iPad?

Yes — RDR2 Companion runs on iPad via iPhone compatibility mode. A native iPad-optimized layout with split-view support is planned for a future update.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@djenterprises.ai with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are incredibly helpful. Every bug report is read and acted on.
