Is GLP-1 Coach medical advice?

No. It's an information and journaling tool. It never diagnoses or recommends dose changes — always talk to your prescriber. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number; in the US you can also call or text 988.

Which medications are supported?

Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Trulicity, and Victoza, plus an "Other GLP-1" option. Drug data is sourced from FDA prescribing information.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, encrypted. Journal entries and photos never leave your phone unless you turn on iCloud Sync (off by default), which mirrors to your own private iCloud. We have no analytics, no ads, and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → GLP-1 Coach. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open GLP-1 Coach → Paywall → Restore Purchases.

How do I export or delete my data?

  • Export: Me → export your data (shares a file you control).
  • Delete everything: Me → delete account. This erases on-device data and encryption keys, and requests deletion of any synced iCloud data.

The Coach won't respond / says it's offline.

Check your internet connection and try again in a minute — your question isn't lost. Free accounts have a daily message limit; Pro lifts it.
