1. Acceptance

By downloading or using GLP-1 Coach (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. You must be 18 or older.

2. What the App Is — and Isn't

GLP-1 Coach is an information, tracking, and journaling companion for people taking GLP-1 medications. It provides general educational information and lets you log your own data.

It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or recommend dose changes. The AI Coach provides general information and will always direct medical decisions to your prescriber. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decision about your medication, dose, diet, or treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. A one-time Apple Pencil journaling unlock is also available.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Prices may vary by region and may change; we'll give notice as required.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Your Content

Your journal entries, photos, and logs are yours. They are stored on your device (and, if you opt in, your private iCloud). We don't claim ownership and don't access your encrypted content. You're responsible for the data you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use the App for unlawful purposes, don't attempt to disrupt the service, and don't rely on it for emergency medical decisions.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify anything important with your prescriber. To the maximum extent permitted by law, djEnterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
