Common Questions

An AI feature isn't responding. What should I do?

AI features need an internet connection. First check that you're online, then close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't respond after a minute or two, please email us with the app name and what you were doing — we'll look into it right away.

Is my data private?

Yes. Our apps are built privacy-first: your content lives on your device, we don't sell or share personal data, and there are no third-party ad or tracking SDKs. AI features send only the text you choose to submit, over an encrypted connection, to generate a response. Every app has its own privacy policy — find it on the app's App Store page or inside the app's Settings.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email djenet@gmail.com with the app name, a description of the issue or idea, your iPhone/iPad model, and your iOS version. Screenshots or a screen recording are incredibly helpful. Every message is read by the developer and acted on.

How do I use voice input?

In apps that support it, tap the microphone icon and grant microphone permission when prompted (first use only). Speak clearly, then tap the microphone again to stop — the app transcribes your speech on-device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app's Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." One-time unlocks restore automatically on any device signed in to the same Apple ID — there's nothing extra to buy.

How do I request a refund?

App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us too and we'll do right by you.

Do the apps work on iPad?

Most do — either with a native iPad layout or via iPhone compatibility mode. Check the app's App Store page for its supported devices.
