Your First Few Minutes

1

Choose your medication

Pick your exact drug — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Trulicity, or Victoza. From there, GLP-1 Coach tailors everything: your titration ladder, injection-site guidance, and red-flag warnings, all sourced from FDA prescribing information.

2

Set your dose & titration step

Tell the app where you are on the dose ladder. Guidance, reminders, and the Coach's answers all adjust to your current week — not a generic plan.

3

Log your shot & how you feel

Record each dose, rotate injection sites on the body map, and note side effects, mood, energy, hunger, and cravings. It takes seconds, and it's the data the Coach and your doctor PDF are built on.

4

Ask the Coach anything

A calm, plain-spoken AI coach (powered by Anthropic Claude) that knows your drug, dose, and recent symptoms. Ask about nausea, protein targets, plateaus — anything. It always defers medical decisions to your prescriber. A few messages a day are free; Pro unlocks unlimited.

5

Start Adjust Mode (first 28 days)

A day-by-day playbook that hand-holds you through the hardest early weeks — hydration, protein, side-effect coping — then gracefully steps back as you stabilize.

6

Eat for a smaller appetite

Recipe Coach generates high-protein, low-volume meals built for the real nutritional reality of GLP-1 life — so you hit your protein target without forcing big plates.

7

Read the Knowledge Feed

AI-summarized news, video, and recipes — only from sources that earn it: NEJM, JAMA, the BMJ, FDA, Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic. Trustworthy information, sized for your phone.

8

Export a doctor-ready PDF

Bring a clean report to your next appointment: adherence, weight trend, a side-effect heatmap, protein adherence, and your journal themes — everything your prescriber needs to make the call with you.

A note on privacy

Your journal and photos are encrypted on your device. Optional iCloud sync goes only to your own private database. No analytics, no ads, no data sales — and Sign in with Apple means we never see your email unless you share it.

FAQ

Is GLP-1 Coach medical advice?

No. GLP-1 Coach is an information and journaling tool — not medical advice and not a substitute for professional care. It surfaces FDA-sourced information and your own logged data, and it always points you back to your prescriber for medication decisions.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone, iPad, Mac (Verified for Mac), and Apple Watch. Your data syncs across them through your own private iCloud, if you choose to enable it.

What's free, and what's Pro?

Free: medication logging, basic reminders, the 28-day Adjust Mode, your Privacy Vault, and a few Coach messages a day. Pro ($9.99/month or $59.99/year): unlimited Coach, all medications, AI insights, side-effect trends, progress photos, and the doctor-ready PDF. Apple Pencil journaling is a one-time unlock.

Is my data private?

Yes. Journals and photos are encrypted on device. There are no ads, no analytics, and no data sales, ever. You sign in with Apple only.

Does it replace my doctor or my GLP-1 program?

No — and it's not meant to. If you're with a telehealth program or clinic, GLP-1 Coach sits alongside it: a private daily companion and a clean report to bring to your appointments.
